1.) Return Policy

Due to the delicate nature of our herbs, there are no refunds for any of our products unless there was a packaging error on our part. All sales are final.

We accept all major debit and credit cards.



3.) How soon will I get results from my detox?

You can expect to see results from your detox after consistent use and a clean diet in as little as three weeks. Download our eBook for recipes that will give your detox a boost!


4.) How many times is it safe to detox per month?

 Our detox tea and use or detox bath blends are safe to use daily. You don’t have to use them every day for results, however, consistent use is recommended for optimum results.


 5.) Is international shipping available?

 Yes, international shipping is available. Please be mindful that shipping timelines may change as they have shifted post-pandemic.


6.) Are your herbs certified organic? Where are they sourced?

All of our herbs are carefully sourced from certified organic farmers.


 7.) The tracking states that my package has been 'delivered,’ but I still have not received it. What do I do?

Contact your Post Office for they may have it on hold for you to pick it up. Give them your tracking number so that they may locate your package. USPS can hold packages for 30 days in their facility if they were unable to deliver package to the receiver during scheduled time of delivery. If it’s past the 30-day mark then USPS will attempt to resend the package back to Rabbani House of Herbs and we will reach out for next steps.


8.) Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Yes, you can! Please email Info@rabbaniherbs.com as soon as possible and include the change in shipping address so that we may make adjustments prior to processing your order.


9.) How long do I have to cancel my order?

We can only cancel orders before processing which can take up to 72 hours. Please email Info@rabbaniherbs.com as soon as possible so that we can assist you.
