Shipping policy

1. Is international shipping available?

Yes, international shipping is available. Please be mindful that shipping timelines may change as they have shifted post-pandemic.

 

2. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Yes, you can! Please email RabbaniHoH@Gmail.Com as soon as possible and include the change in shipping address so that we may make adjustments prior to processing your order.

 

3. How long do I have to cancel my order?

We can only cancel orders before processing which can take up to 72 hours. Please email RabbaniHoH@Gmail.Com as soon as possible so that we can assist you.

 

4. The tracking states that my package has been 'delivered,’ but I still have not received it. What do I do?

Contact your Post Office for they may have it on hold for you to pick it up. Give them your tracking number so that they may locate your package. USPS can hold packages for 30 days in their facility if they were unable to deliver package to the receiver during scheduled time of delivery. If it’s past the 30-day mark then USPS will attempt to resend the package back to Rabbani House of Herbs and we will reach out for next steps.
